HR Video & Drone is owned by Harrison Ralph, a Florida native who grew up in the Tampa Bay area and attended Northside Christian School.
That local background has become an important part of the company.

More Than a Decade Behind the Camera
Harrison’s production experience began long before HR Video & Drone.
While attending Otterbein University, he began building experience in sports production and went on to work with organizations including the Columbus Blue Jackets, Quad Cities River Bandits, and Charlotte Knights.
After returning to Tampa Bay, Harrison continued working in sports production part-time with Tampa Bay’s professional teams (Bucs, Lightning, and Rays) while also building his career full time at QVC/HSN.
Those experiences gave him a background spanning live broadcasting, sports, corporate production, commercial shoots, and freelance video work.
They also helped create the network of trusted camera operators, audio professionals, and production specialists HR Video & Drone works with today.
From QVC/HSN to HR Video & Drone
When QVC/HSN moved major operations out of Florida, Harrison used that experience to launch HR Video & Drone in 2025.
He saw the opportunity to use the skills that he’d learned and relationships he’d built over the years to start his own video production company. In comes HR Video and Drone! Built on not just providing the best possible video and drone production, but on delivering world class personalized service to our clients. It’s the personal care and attention that really separates HR Video & Drone!
